Processing (Production)

• In-stock bundles/closures/frontals: 1–2 business days.

• Custom wigs (incl. 13×6 HD lace Burmese curly, pre-plucked): 5–7 business days to make before shipping.

• Pre-orders / backorders: 7–14 business days (we’ll email if timelines change).

• Orders after 12 pm ET start the next business day. No weekend/holiday processing.

• Raw hair is single-donor, natural #1B; shade/texture can vary slightly, which is normal for raw hair and not a defect.

Shipping (after processing)

• USA: USPS/UPS/FedEx Standard 3–5 business days; Expedited 1–3 business days.

• International: DHL/UPS timing varies; customer is responsible for customs/VAT.

Tracking & Delivery

• Tracking emailed on dispatch.

• Signature may be required on orders $300+ or when flagged by our system to protect you and our small business.

Address Issues & Undeliverables

• We can update addresses before label creation. After ship-out, contact the carrier to re-route.

• Refused/undeliverable parcels returned to us may be reshipped (new postage) or refunded minus shipping after inspection.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen

• If marked “delivered,” check with neighbors/household and your local carrier office; then open a carrier claim.

• If your order is lost in transit (never delivered), we’ll help you file a claim and reship or refund, depending on the claim’s outcome and insurance coverage.
