Returns & Exchanges

At Majestic Elite Extensions, we are a God-centered, veteran-owned, woman-led company, and we treat every client with dignity and fairness, valuing your trust and satisfaction above all.

Hygiene Standard
Because human hair extensions are hygienic products, returns are accepted only if completely unopened: security seal intact; not worn, installed, brushed, dyed, washed/co-washed, or otherwise altered.

Return Window

  • Unopened hair: within 14 days of delivery (per tracking).

  • Tools/accessories (if applicable): 30 days, unused in original packaging.

Final Sale (Not Eligible for Return)
Opened/used hair, cut lace, custom or colored units, clearance items, and gift cards.

Condition Requirements
Original packaging/inserts, unbroken seal, and any gifts/bonus items included.

Defects or Order Issues
Inspect on arrival. If you have a concern or believe we shipped the wrong item, please get in touch with us within 7 days with clear photos/video before opening/altering the item.

How to Start a Return

  1. Please email us for an RMA.

  2. Ship with tracking (insurance recommended).

  3. After inspection, we issue store credit/exchange (or refund when applicable) minus original shipping. Opened/used items will be returned to you.

Exchanges
Fastest path: place a new order and return the unopened item for credit.

Cancellations
Allowed before fulfillment begins. Once labeled/shipped, use the returns process.

Note on Raw Hair
Natural single-donor hair may have minor shade/texture variance. This is normal and not a return reason.
